My first official conference was on 11/11/11 and since then I have not stopped enjoying myself. At first as Quién Dijo Imposible and since 2020 as BenditoLunes . Now I dare to go a step further, as a renewed Elisa, freer and more complete. Taking my place and adapting to life as it comes.
On this website you will only see photos of myself because I only dare to talk about what I know well, the rest is Matrix. But my conferences are focused on you and so is this page, so I will not force you to read endless texts telling what, how and for whom, because I greatly respect your time, which for me is one of our greatest treasures. Here you will simply see the types of talks I offer, although if you want to get to know me better, schedule a free video call with me.
I think that my own experiences could be of use to someone for one reason only: we are all unique, but we need the same things. What I learn may be useful to you, and the conclusions you draw will certainly help me.
This is me without filters, because there is no trickery or cardboard in me.

On the topics I know the most about after 25 years of work and 50 years of life, 23 projects, 11 moves and many relationships. As you can see, my constant is change.

My name is Elisa Agudo and I was born to communicate. I have been doing it since I was little, in 6 languages, with a wide variety of messages, from different tools, in formats such as books, podcasts and, above all, conferences. I know it's my thing because every time I pick up a microphone, my legs shake... and after a few seconds, the rest of my body starts to vibrate, as if I were going to fly.
I am tough, politically incorrect and I don't conform to the established order: I don't want to change your world, I want you to consider changing it yourself. When I get on stage, I put myself at your service so that you can reconnect with your own light and recover your power.
